Return Policy
Customers are to keep the dresses in their original state during the rental period. Dresses should be returned without stains, tears, or any form of visible damage. In case a dress is returned with visible damage, stains, or missing components, the customer will be charged the entire replacement price.
Late returns will also attract an additional charge. We advise customers to handle the dresses with attention-to-details to prevent extra charges.
Refund Policy
Refund is only valid if the dress is defective, torn, or damaged when delivered. In case you receive a dress in such a state, notify our customer service immediately and attach clear photos of the defect.
To claim a refund:
- Reach out to our support team with descriptions and photograph support.
- Wait for confirmation from us before you return the dress.
- Return the dress in its original package with all accessories included (if any).
As soon as we get back the returned product and check for its authenticity, we will refund to bank account. Refunds for wrong size, change of mind, or non-use of the dress will not be made.
