Rental Service
Revlena has various dresses available for rent. It allows you to enjoy the latest fashions without commitment. Our dresses generally ship within Hong Kong. We do not ship them internationally or deliver outside Hong Kong. Rentals are subject to availability. We hold the right to refuse the service at our own discretion.
Payment and Charges
We operate under a cash-on-delivery basis at Revlena. Payment shall be made in full at the time of delivery. Rates for rentals are posted on our website and may change without prior notice. Any late fee for returning or any charges for damages, misplaced items, etc., would be clarified accordingly.
Dress Maintenance and Return Policy
Customers are responsible for maintaining rental dresses in good condition from the moment they receive them until the end of the rental period. Dresses returned must be in the same condition as they are received without stain, tear, or damage of any kind. If a dress is returned with conspicuous damage or loss, the customer shall be liable for the full replacement cost.
No Data Sharing with Third Parties
Revlena values your privacy. There will be no sharing, selling, or distribution of any kind of personal information to any third party. Your details will only be used for processing and fulfillment of leasing requests. We adopt all necessary precautions to keep your information secure and confidential.
Liability and Disclaimers
Revlena is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or other complications caused by wearing our dresses. Customers are requested to look at product information prior to renting. Although we make every effort to provide high-quality rentals, we can't ensure that each dress will be completely free of small flaws.
